Raffaello Degruttola
Actor/ Director
Raffaello was born in North London, England. He is an English Italian Actor-writer and director. His notable acting film credits include The Hustle (2019), Rush (2013), Saving Private Ryan (1998), In Love and War (1997), Wit (2011), Quantum of Solace (2008) and Unlocked (2017). He wrote and directed his first feature, Flim: The Movie in 2014, which was nominated for a British Independent film award in the category British Debut.

Simone is an award-winning Scottish actress and producer. She is best known for her acting roles in award-winning TV shows such as ‘Bad Girls’, ‘Wire in the Blood’, ‘Monarch of the Glen’, ‘Da Vinci’s Demons’ and ‘Downton Abbey’ She also appeared in Oscar winning British film ‘Philomena’, ITV’s ‘The Loch’, and soon to be released x6 part ITV series, ‘A Confession’ starring Martin Freeman and Imelda Staunton. Simone also played a cameo role in recently released independent feature, ‘Burning Men’, which she also co-cast.
As a producer Simone has worked with her husband, Raffaello Degruttola on various Contro Vento Film projects including 'British Independent Film Award’ nominated, ‘Flim, the Movie’ and most recently, ’Transference’

Bill Bossert

Bill hails from Milford, Connecticut. Suffering from the typical middle-age crisis, he decided to write and produce low-budget horror films instead of buying an expensive sports car. This happily led to producing a well regarded web series, several rock albums, involvement in an award winning short film, and audio production. When Bill is not producing, he secretly wishes he bought that sports car.

Poya Shohani
Creative Producer& VFX Supervisor
With a consistent background in the media industry: from stunting in films like 'John Carter', to becoming a successful VFX artist and generalist for 'Best VFX' Oscar Award-winning film 'Gravity' and nominated films such as 'X-men: Days of Future Past' and 'Deepwater Horizon', Poya's career and determination has grown to inspire a change in the industry altogether. His knack for learning, having self-taught software like Houdini and Maya that enabled him to be part of an Oscar-winning team.
He is now the Founder and CEO of AMG.MEDIA GROUP, specializing in production and post-production of films, commercials, and TV series.
