To Love A Narcissist received its Italian premiere at the Ariano International Film Festival 1 Aug 2025. Director Raffaello Degruttola's work was honoured in a red carpet event 3 Aug, where he received the Hirpus d'Oro award for his artistry and contribution to film. Raff was accompanied by executive producer Sadie Frost and actors Lyndsey Marshal and Stephen Campbell-Moore who each received awards for their contribution to the values of the festival.
